If you are interested in the HATS Constitution - the rules of the Society - this is the place for you.
It can be a somewhat dauntingly long document on first read! This is because HATS, as a Charity, is required by the Charity Commission to have a comprehensive, legally correct Constitution.
So, we have adopted one based on a standard National Operatic and Dramatic Association (NODA) format.
