Annie, was a Musical directed by Christine Williams.
We are now in October 1997 and Christine Williams produced that great American musical, Annie. Superb songs and a wonderful story. Classic ingredients of rich New York Stock Broker Daddy Warbucks played by Phil Barfett, his view of life changed forever by a chance encounter with young Annie, an orphan in the city orphanage. It was young Emily Bond, in the title role, who broke hearts every night. From a small acorn in the chorus, his first production with HATS, Phil Hammans has gone on to give 10 wonderful years service to the society.
